TEAM PROMOTION
    Each Team/Club/Association that registers at least 5 crews will be entitled to a 5% discount on the registration fee. To take advantage of the TEAM PROMOTION, these registrations must be finalized and completed with payment directly from the team in a single payment. Any subsequent additions will not be considered part of the TEAM PROMOTION. Before proceeding, please contact the secretariat: segreteria@classicpaddock.it.
    IMPORTANT NOTE 1 - The organizers guarantee “Complete Entry" (with accommodations) to the first 50 crews to register (the date of the bank transfer will be used as proof). Room assignments will be based on the date of registration (bank transfer date) and will be subject to availability. All registrations exceeding the first 50, and for a maximum of 10 additional crews, will be accepted as "registrations without Hospitality“.
    IMPORTANT NOTE 2 - In case of registration withdrawal by the competitor, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:
    1. 100% if the cancellation is received by 10.05.2026
    2. 50% if the cancellation is received by 10.06.2026
    3. Cancellations received from 11.06.2026 onwards will not be eligible for any refund

Declaration
The competitor and the crew members acknowledge and accept the following statements, both individually and as a group, for themselves and all the people who work for them during the "CISALPINA CLASSIC RACE". The competitor and the drivers declare:
  1. To be aware of the International Sporting Code, the National Sporting Regulations (and its Additional Rules) and the Event’s Specific Rules. They also agree to accept them unconditionally and align to its provisions.
  2. To be in possession of the necessary competence to take part in the event’s trials. They also declare that the car registered is in the best shape possible in order to participate in the event.
  3. To fully respect the rules of the "CISALPINA CLASSIC RACE". Its trials are conducted in compliance with the International Sporting Code, the Technical and Sport Rules of FIA, ACI Sport and the Event’s Specific Rules.
  4. To be aware that the tracking system is able to improve security but it is not guaranteed for the whole course.
  5. To acknowledge that motor sports are dangerous. This aspect is automatically accepted by the participant’s registration. The drivers and the competitor absolve from any responsibility the ACI and CLASSIC PADDOCK SRL (race officials, associates, solicitors and assistants included) in case of death, physical damage, loss or any other damage that may occur during the "CISALPINA CLASSIC RACE".
